Hair Replacement Surgery

Hair Restoration Procedure -
The hair restoration or hair replacement process begins by having a small area from the back of your scalp shaved in preparation for surgical removal. Once the small area of your scalp has been carefully removed, the section will be closed by sutures. Individual follicles will be harvested from the isolated strip of scalp and prepared for transplantation into the recommended areas. Dr. Arocha will then make tiny incisions in the transplant area in which to gently insert the individual follicles to restore your hair loss.
The hair restoration process ranges from 6-8 hours from start to completion. Dr. Arocha’s experience and skill in microsurgical techniques will ensure an undetectable and natural result as well as planning for future progression by restoring a naturally occurring hair pattern.
Hair restoration recovery is usually quick with little to no discomfort.
