I had a great experience with Dr. Arocha and his staff.

First of all, great office! Dr. Arocha mentioned that he's an art lover and that his passion for all things well done carries over into his work. That was comforting to know and it became apparent in his attention to detail.

One thing I look for when employing someone for any kind of service, is to see if they will engage in conversation and take the time to answer questions. If I'm going to take the time to research a subject, then I want my doctor to take the time to talk to me and and answer questions.

Dr Arocha was very friendly and patient, and he took the time to answer my many questions, to my satisfaction - and even again on a follow up visit to his office before I made my decision to go ahead with the procedure. I learned a lot about hair restoration on the internet, but it wasn't until I went in for a consultation that I really learned some of the finer details of how it works. I highly recommend that if you are considering a hair transplant that you go talk to Dr. Arocha. He can show you things in person that you can't see or find or the internet. Dr Arocha put no pressure on me to move forward. He answered my questions and then when I was ready, I made an appointment to have a procedure done.

Another nice surprise was, on the day of the procedure, I was so relaxed and laid back, it didn't feel like I was about to have surgery. It was like being in a hair solon and I was about to get my hair styled. In other words, although very professional, the environment and staff were calm. The procedure was not painful in any way and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable at all times. During the surgery the staff put on some nice relaxing music and I actually fell asleep for awhile. The design of the office and the state of the art equipment in the office just made for a very relaxing experience. I remember telling the staff afterwards that I didn't feel like I had just had surgery. It was that calm. Afterwards, although I felt fine, as a courtesy, one of the staff gave me a ride home. Followups have been easy. It's great having a doctor so close to home.

And the best part? It worked! I'm just about five months out and I have a think patch of stubble growing where the procedure was done, and my girlfriend has a hard time finding the donor area. So, the work was clean.

I highly recommend that regardless of where you live, but especially if you're here local, to make an appointment for a consultation.

I am so pleased with the outcome so far

It has been close to 4 months since my procedure with Dr. Arocha and I am so pleased with the outcome so far. I want to thank Dr. Arocha and his staff for doing an amazing job. Not only am I very happy with the procedure, but would not hesitate to do it again. Finding Dr. Arocha was so fortunate for me, because he is the best and I will be returning to him if I ever need any hair restoration in the future.

This is my second procedure, the first was with another doctor, and the difference between the two are like night and day. Dr. Arocha’s procedure was much better in every aspect. I would describe it as enjoyable, fast and painless, plus, Dr. Arocha was able to transplant a lot more hair. I didn’t even have any swelling after the procedure. My hair was growing well immediately after the procedure and I was able to go snow skiing a few weeks later. I feel so confident about my hair and am very proud to show it off.

I learned from Dr. Arocha that the most important aspect of having a hair transplant is the quality of how the hair is transplanted. The direction, size and groupings of the hair affect the overall result and he was able to help me get the best result possible.

I previously had a hair transplant from another doctor before meeting Dr. Arocha and it was not very natural. I had to cover up the transition from my transplant by growing out my hair. I did not like having long hair and was embarrassed and self-conscious all the time. I even started wearing a baseball cap to work. I disliked my hair transplant from the other doctor so much I started shaving my hair completely bald.

Being scared after my first procedure went so wrong, Dr. Arocha reassured me that he could enhance and improve the look of my first procedure by blending and balancing my hair. He restored the temple region and made my hairline much thicker. While the other doctors told me that they couldn’t transplant in the temple region, Dr. Arocha felt it was necessary to balance the whole look of the hairline.

I am very impressed with the way my hair is growing and have really noticed a difference in the temple region. I can’t even tell a difference between my natural hair and the transplanted hair. Dr. Arocha has made a huge difference with his artistic approach.

I believe, after experiencing the work of two different doctors, that artistic talent is just as important as technical knowledge.

I am able to now go to the barber once a week and get a flat top. The last time I was able to do that was when I was a freshman in high school. I am very happy with Dr Arocha and would recommend him to any man or woman looking to make a positive change in their hair and appearance. I am convinced that Dr. Arocha is the best man for the job.
